Stage two three-bedroom apartments which had been refurbished to a very high specification, including bespoke kitchen and bathrooms and high spec joinery in the bedrooms, prior to being launched on the market.

As the likely purchaser would be an end user the priority from the designer's point of view was to make the property inviting and practical for day to day living.

Both apartments went under offer within the first month of coming to the market, with one of the properties being purchased and the majority of the furniture being sold as a turnkey offering. The overall project was a great partnership between the developer and Folio with the the outcome benefitting both parties.
